GOMAD is pants on head retarded in most cases. I did it for a bit to meet my 4k goal, but even then it felt awful. Try eating your 3 big meals a day and then adding a quart of milk instead of the full gallon. Gives you the extra cals without feeling like a full meal, but it isn't so much milk that it'll wreck your digestion like the gallon will.
