I've tried to meet people outside of r9k. On social groups, reddit and such. They all talk about weird stuff and I never understood them. All the "relationships" ended in a single day, since I had no interests in sports, the shows they watch or the music they listen to. The normies talk alot, but it feels empty to me. I just end up looking blank at the screen not knowing what to say.

As for people on here, I can't always relate to them because I want to slowly improve and get better. I don't want to be a NEET forever. I don't want to feel this way anymore. Ad I'm not blaming the people here. I'm a shit friend myself so maybe that's to blame.

It's because I have zero social skills, I'd like to talk but I honestly have no idea what to say, so once we stop with the introductions I literally don't know how to talk anymore. I always wonder how normal people manage to talk about stuff every time all the time. So at best from me all you're getting is a link of something from time to time.

This is also because I suck at socializing, lately I've been trying to expand my own answers but it's very hard to do so. But keep in mind that if I remain silent it's not like I don't want to have anything with you or something, it's just that I have no idea what to say.

In irl it becomes even worse since my anxiety kicks in and I start being all shy while doing all those gestures like not looking at someone's eyes, putting your hand behind your back etc.

So far I only know 2 online people who are fine with my silent 90% of the day shenanigans, luckily so far it's enough for me to not lose my mind.
I wish I knew someone irl though.

The friends i made in school are still my friends. we talk regularly on discord/ts3.
The other best friend I made was when we went to church together for years and we both tried to pass the time together.

Then you don't want friends, you just want to project vulnerability - you are here socially interacting on one of the most hostile places on the internet. It's a fact you're capable of some social interaction and that is the starting point.

I'd recommend you try making friends that aren't borderline personality disorder males and pedophiles from steam.

Also you have to decide what it is you want out of friendship, you don't seem to know apart from focusing on what you can't do as opposed to what you want to do.

'I want friends' is a demand that makes as little sense as 'I want a gf'. For what? Who? These are states that interactions, agreements etc become, not states you seek first and then turn them into things.

This is why robots don't get gf. Because they want gf, simply, and are unwilling or unaware that you build something with a person to turn them into a gf, not claim gf then build something.

I feel normal when I'm alone but at the same time I get a little jealous when I see people get along so well. I find being around people annoying and exhausting, yet I crave it on some intricate level.

I feel like I'm so deep in delusions that it's impossible to tell which feelings are genuine and which are simply copes.

There are very few people online that I am able to be friends with for a sustained amount of time. Most other people just vanish for me.

At work I have acquaintances at best. One of the guys I got along with very well left so I really don't talk anymore because no one really interests me.

I made a long post here but that's just because I sat half hour writing it.
In a conversation every sentence I make is five words long.

Also here is easy to talk because I'm on a cesspool together with other anonymous people, talking 1 on 1 is way harder.
