Yea I am. Usually play support in multiplayer or just do single player RPGs which are more fun than normie crap popular now. Being good at games is useless unless it makes you happy.

I know that feel. I have a group I play with regularly and it's usually fun even though I'm on the low end of skill. But most mistakes I make earn me condescending remarks and being talked to like a child, which throws me into an autistic rage. What's weird is no one bats an eye if anyone else fucks up.

One time, I got out of the gate in Overwatch and after two seconds of the round starting someone called me a pleb for not killing an enemy immediately. What were you expecting?

I only do good when playing a support and I do so well people actually want to play with me AGAIN.
Lately I've realized that I don't really care about winning, I simply enjoy the process of playing the game, not to say I like to lose.


Luckily single player games exist for people like us.

Why on earth do you play a game at a level where you suck? If you are going to try to be competitive you have to focus your time into one game.

I suck at overwatch and think its not worth investing time in so I just dont olay it, but I played the hell out of halo 3 until reach came out and was somewhat good at it. Otherwise I focus single player, or simply have fun with a game, without trying to be competitive with it.

Is it your dream or something to play esports for a living or something.

I don't agree that competition is fun. Too many people take it too seriously, an I have an inability to take it seriously.

But if you arent on the level of your friends, find some other game where you can improve, and then practice. You need talent + practice to be good at something on the level of a competitive game. Ask your friends to play a game you are good at, or find other people who want to play the new game. If you suck to the point where you are kicked from a game you've been playing for awhile then cut your losses and move on.

I've been playing a series for over 10 years and am still mediocre at it and make extremely rookie mistakes regularly.

I get up in my own head, start getting angry at myself for not knowing how to be better. I could do better in wow. I just don't know where to start..and honestly I'm afraid to invest the time when I could fail and come face to face with the fact that I'm shit, not average.

I also have no chill. I can't handle getting crushed,. I exclusively pay meme mode (no limits 6v6) overwatch and if I loose three matches in a row I bail. If i'm getting destroyed I will alt F4

Is it really miserable to be bad though?
I always imagined what it's like to play ranked modes in games like siege, cs and overwatch. Is it still fun when everyone is equally as bad? It really can't feel that different when you are trying your best.
