I've started putting one leg in tights and it legit feels like I have a female in my bed, my supplement it with your perfume idea op.

I sleep with a body pillow with my back against it so it feels like someone is spooning with me and it makes me feel safer. Whenever I crash at my dad's, mom's, or my sibling's places I always go for the couch. That way I can still feel like I'm being held by a warm, loving person and not be an embarrassed body pillow owner.
