i used to pull 50+ hour WoW sessions once or twice a month back in high school and you don't have full fucking hallucinations. the absolute worst you'll get is seeing some black shapes at the edges of your vision. looks like a bug running up the wall or something.

That being said I've done 72 in the past and had anything like this, back then all I got was a paint splash on a door moving around a bit. Now everywhere I look I see anime girls. Fucking perfect outline of megumin on my wall comprised of stains and the shadow of a wire, if I look at things with random patterns I just see anime girls, it's surreal as fuck.
