Just naturally happens over time I guess. Our personalities and worldviews change based off of out experiences.

Probably why normies have the worst personalities, they don't suffer and therefore there isn't much to evolve from.

It happens differently for everyone. My advice would be to just keep trying different things until you find something that makes you feel like it's working.
Usually routine keeps our minds on the same tracks but experiencing new things or restructuring how you spend your day or changing who you interact with and how can make a big difference on your mental state and eventually your personality.

self reflection, become aware of your own thoughts and emotions and learn to control them.
it takes time and effort but you can suppress negative thoughts and behaviors and after a while it will take less and less effort till it becomes default.
