I smoke weed on my night walks. Running makes my heart pound too much.

Hope that as long as i jog i can aspire a couple of you to become /fit/ as well

I'm 16stone so I think running and jogging would fuck up my joints.

That being said I do like a nice nightwalk though. I usually listen to music/documentaries or podcasts but the last couple of walks I've gone without and just listened to the sounds of the night. It's pretty peaceful.
