Spray some ozium

Ozone is pretty great. There's a small unit about the size of a breadbox that spits out a ridiculous volume of the stuff. It's less than $2k too. Aside from that there's nothing else you can do but open windows and doors. Make sure you have a good draft going and not just letting the heat out. If you spilled any it will take longer to clear. An ultraviolet light can help you identify urine.
