Have you tried altering what you're drinking? Maybe try something like a Moscow Mule or a Dark & Stormy? They both have ginger beer, which is pretty gentle on the stomach, especially if you're just sipping.

I would honestly take this as a sign that drinking just isn't for you. And that's totally cool. If you're just young though, it definitely takes time to develop a taste for it, it's all going to taste awful if you drink the hard stuff. If you really want to drink do like the other anon said and just drink good tasting low alcohol content drinks, if you have no tolerance it won't take much
