sure you can, i've done it plenty

you probably won't experience anything too awful or harmful by mixing OTC stomach medicine with booze, but I wouldn't do it

i also don't take medicine if i can help it

it probably isn't good when you're saying that you "need" to get drunk tho

you can drink, but go slowly, in my experience, your tummy hurts because of the drinking. Drinking will hide the pain.

try to burp as much as you can, and maybe nibble on something simple, like salted crackers. be sure to sip on water now and then too.

also if you feel the urge to throw up, run to your shower if you can, vomit in the tub, then wash down with the shower head for easy clean up! i suggest going to beddy by at that time though, further drinking will make it worse.

I used to drink lots, get the tummy ache, stick a toothbrush down my throat to force vomit so I could make room for more alcohol

turn your head to the left, straight back, push on chest just under your ribs left side(just past center) to help the gas get out.

Stomach salts lad or force yourself to throw up, eat some bread or something to line your stomach then you can start drinking
