This ruined my fucking evening. I dont have the spergs but my anxiety causes my mouth and brain to block. I literally don't wanna talk to him again he ruins my mood.

btw he's paternal grandfather so he's pretty close in blood terms but very distant and not very warm behavior. How is it my fault he didn't spend more time with us and now I sperg from anxiety?
