>Upload resume
>Have to type everything on it again in the profile section
>Have to take a personality (read:normie) test to see if I have the (((right personality))) for the job
>90% chance the application will be ignored
Online job applications are a cancerous waste of time. You'd be better off applying at local businesses or places that take paper in-person applications.
Is there a way to make it up? wut to do?
Make a list of free courses you followed online, like udacity and edx.

you are unhireable at anything but the lowest tier jobs. and even then, your average 18 year old highschool grad is a better candidate becaues they havent already fucked up their lives
lie.
do you have friends who will lie for you if you list them as previous work contacts?
i never really tried to get a job im not qualified for by lying like crazy on my resume, i wish i had.

lie about work experince
volunteering
or combine the two and lie about volunteering.
any combination of the above works fine. if you get caught, the worst that will happen is you don't get hired, which wouldn't even have happened anyway if you didn't put those things on the resume, so you literally have nothing to lose.

>so you literally have nothing to lose.
I'm evil, I like it.
I'm 22 and I have no work experience aside from a 5 month internship at a local CC where I got a $300 stipend last year, and 100 hours of community service at the library back in 2012.
How fucked am I if I want a cashier or stocking job at a place like Target
Lads, I'm writing my CV at the moment. I have a qualification in teaching English as a foreign language. Will this help smooth over the fact that I've never had a paying job? I have done volunteering and internships as well, but never got paid.
as a 25+ signing these apps made me realize how I fucked up despite not committing any crimes.
