I've been getting therapy on and off for about 13 years I think. When I actively go there, I don't feel it helps, at all. But I've had moments of my life where I stopped going, and I began to notice I felt more depressed. I think talking to someone does help. I don't live with my parents so idk, I don't know why you'd want to keep it a secret.

Gone for a while, probably the worst waste of money in my life.
But i dont know you, perhaps for some people it works, for me it doesent.
Im my honest opinion is a jew scam like most of psychology in general, and the people who practice it and get payed from it from my experience all all insuferable sociopaths, also women in 80% of the cases.
The only way i ever got shit of my chest or got more social is by using drugs, but i dont recommend that either, especially the ones you get from the doc like benzos and ssri.

They tested me though.
They did not find anything

I go every month it helps just to talk a bit,I'm rather impartial to it but i'd rather go then not desu
