I'm on 4chan for about 12 - 16 hours a day.
I bought an xbox one hoping it'd take away from time spent here and it hasn't.

lay on the couch playing a computer game I'm bored of, go to the porch to smoke a cig every hour or so, fap, sleep and slowly gain weight.

I do a bit of work, visit relatives, watch films, read (books and manga) play games, work out. There are things you can do if you're bored.

I masturbate at least for 4-8 hours a day to get my body exhausted and calm feels. I try to sleep as much as possible, the most "happy" moment is where you wake up and for a second dont remember who you are and what your conditions are. In other times I just mindlessly browse internet. Sometimes its possible to hold attention to play video games which are going to get me tired and exhausted after a hour anyway.

Learned an instrument and it got me a group of friends it's really alien so far but they seem to like me I'm supposed to go to a show sometime soon with a couple of them. I play guitar pic related. Most days I'm just in my room alone though it's by choice.
