Same. I always used to scream until I got cookies when I was like 2. Parents kept being overly lenient and giving me too much food, and now I have to learn how to control my eating on my own.

I was never as fat as some of the people in this thread, but consistently chubby throughout my childhood.

Went on a diet in HS and got to about 170lbs at 5'10" starting at about 210. Later gained some of that weight back.

Now I'm 5'11 185lbs. Only reason I can hold that weight is because I live in a dorm without access to a kitchen, so I have to eat the food I get at the canteen and other food I buy and put in my fridge.

Whenever I go home over the holidays I gain 5-10lbs in a matter of two weeks or so

It may feel uncomfortable and sting for a bit, but go to the gym. I used to be 260LBs of gyno-dino and nearly two years of lifting has done a lot for me. If you're extra aspie like me, go to a 24 hour gym and go at 10PM. It may sound like a normie thing to say, but you have to work through it and get shit done. Else your life will stagnate and you'll hate yourself.

Anorexic here, I love not eating. Going on day 2 of nothing but tea and water, its glorious. I have so much energy. When I do eat, its a bit of salad which I immediately shit out. Should've started earlier but its been 1 week so far and I love it. Went from 4k cal plus a day to 100 or less, it's amazing. Now I just have a small salad (no dressing, no veggies) and feel full

This is a really annoying problem. Makes yourself look worse or dick look smaller when everyone else perceives you as being much more normal. Your proximity and viewing angle combine to make yourself look so much worse than you actually are. Not to mention mirrors can warp or be pointed slightly up or down to make you look taller or more squat than you actually are.

This mainly happens from starving yourself and losing weight too quickly. Skin flabs can be an issue but it's usually the sign of unhealthily losing weight or being fatter than fatass.

What's your starting weight? You're going to struggle with 1 lb/week unless you're starving yourself when you get further down.

Good luck. I'd recommend weighing yourself every day to keep it in check. Your body weight changes a lot and weighing once a day lets you get a better idea of what your weight actually is instead of being horrified that you're a pound or two more than the last time you weighed yourself. Shit happens with food and water retention. This lets you keep track of how your diet and caloric intake affects your weight. Don't obsess over the number, worry about how you look and fit into clothes.
