I don't eat gluten dairy or soy and it's definitely affected my social life since I can't really eat out anywhere but whatever at least I don't have acne or sebhorrea on my face anymore. I've gone off it countless times from people telling me it's a meme diet and gluten intolerance isn't real and I'm crazy but my face always gets fucked up without fail if I eat anything that has one of those 3 things in them
