More energy and more focus. Also a slight euphoric 'I can do anything I set my mind to' kind of feel after taking the first one of the day. The latter is mostly due to the effect it has on the dopamine system, which is also involved in orgasms (during one you secrete a lot of dopamine, making you feel gudgud).

After about 3-4 hours after the last one you take, you get this 'rebound' effect. It makes you feel physically tired, a bit bored (not really knowing what you want to do etc.). When I first started using it, the rebound effect was a bit more intense than I expected, but after using it for a 2-3 weeks this rebound effect really doesn't impact you much anymore.

Whop, not used to the english names so I confused it with Adderall. I was on Concerta for 7 years. It's just as addictive as Amphetamine.

I took ritalin and it happened to me too, though it's also happened when i've been off the pill. I don't think ritalin is the cause desu.
