If child support must be facilitated by the government, the government should be the agent in charge of the child's necessary monetary transactions, in case somebody gets a hankering for an extra pair of heels.

I for one, agree OP.

There should be a way to show the money is all going to benefit the kid or mom, like food, clothing, bills, car payments etc. Instead of spending it on frivolous things.
