Not op, but I've searched all currently released works on exhentai and others and still couldn't find this story/image in any of them. How sure are you that this is from Sakurai Energy?

Ah thanks for clearing that up. Didn't know about wani content. From what I can gather, a lot of content from wani doesn't really get translated and just been reading about take-down notices from wani to sites like fakku etc. That link is a good find though. :)
