Get the latest version of Photoshop you can (CC, CS6 or CS5).
The edits here usually involve either taking body parts out of another picture and pasting them over the subject's body, or taking the subject's face and pasting it into a porn picture.
There's no one technique, you just have to be good at Photoshop and do whatever works. Look up tutorials on face swaps, adding objects into a photo, and removing objects from a photo.
I made a tutorial on the basics years ago. Let me figure out how to upload it.
