There's Gantz and some of the stuff from the guy who did Devilman and Cutey Honey (his name escapes me just now for some perverse reason).
You can get the ultraviolence easily enough (Tokyo Ghoul, Deadman Wonderland, Parasyte, the works of Junji Ito or Shintaro Kago), but they tend not to come with much nudity.

That's assuming you don't want to go into ero-guro territory. Otherwise there's the works of Oyster, Juan Gotoh, and Waita Uziga, maybe Machino Henmaru if you like things a little more cartoony.
