Yeah, ps probably. first he, she, it made fake-ray, made a box and after that he just turn that box to negative picture.

Thanks for the input. Any idea if there's a walk-through for newbie PSers, or would you know? I've looked at a few different methods but none that turned out to be this effective.

And what did you do there to remove the x-ray look and normalize it?

first step is to do Fake-ray, you copy pair of tits and paste that as new layer, change opacity of that layer down somewhere 20% to 80% next go to drop bar image -> adjustments -> invert. now flatten the image and after that you have basically done what is needed to make that kind of picture. if you need better instructions, maybe here is someone who would do it for you and is not dyslexic.
