Sorry chum. I have a feeling it will be in the most obscure place, like PilotWings or something. It sounds RPG-ish, and something like Square-Enix...but Square has so many games, and it could even be a Japan-only release.

I think your best bet it to keep searching, but keep the link and make a new thread every few days. Try different sites too. I hate to say it...but maybe plebbit? Lo and behold, there is r/videogamemusic. Maybe try there? Possibly /v/ and /b/ in a few days. Perhaps even YouTube comments
