Hey guys, third time making this thread.

I need help finding an image hosting website, the name is something like 3tcr.com
Features of said site include:
-A timed deletion for uploaded photos
-various sections, much like image boards
-Comments on photos appear as transparent grey word clouds on the photo itself.

Really want to find this help, all help would be appreciated.
