Any suggestions how I can find out the identity of the person who owns this mobile number?

Australian mobile 0477 867 485 (or with Australia country code, +61 415 469 605). I know that it's a Telstra mobile number

-fb search
-twitter search
-viber search
-wechat search
-adding them to whatsapp. appear to be in whatsapp but don't know a name
-reverse phone number search websites
-don't know anyone who works at Telstra, aware that a Telstra employee could likely look up the identify
