Ok so what do You use to make WEBMS. i tried a few options, one being After effects and it seems I can't compress them enough. And there are tons of excellent quality ones, lasting 30 seconds and more. And i barely can squeeze undear 8mb and have 10 sexonds max.

but what config? like the OP webm, its a 15 sec 30fps at 700kbps and it's 1.26 MB it's a good setting? I guess it could be down to 22 fps or lower the bitrate to 650kbps or resize to 480p
