The two girls that I've dealt with in the past with reduction scars were different from each other. Or was very self conscience of the scars. I worked regularly to assure I still found her attractive, and wanted to bury my face in there.The other woman didn't care, and kept flashing her smaller tits to anyone who shorted an inkling of interest.

Go slow, and see how she reacts.

They are size K, so very huge and are goind to be reduced to a size E.
She would not let me take a pic of them, but htis pic is *very* close to the "real situation" ;-)

It depends on the surgeon and if they give her medications to prevent too much fibrosis which would lead to extra scarring. Just make sure to go to someone you know is good and ask if they can prescribe medications or creams to reduce the scars as soon as possible once the wounds have healed just enough. Too late and nothing can be done.

that's a good idea, thank you, we will ask for a special scar medication!

I heard that special kinds of oils can help as well...
