No idea where i found the video below, have already searched every site i can think of. Attached is a screenshot, given I don't speak the language my observation is that a "couple" enter some sort of clinic where each of them is masturbated in front of said "partner". Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks man. No i don't have any url's, the shot is just a screenshot of the video, i literally have nothing to go on besides the two sites listed in each corner of the screen, both of which i've already tried searching and couldn't find much.

The filename is 's112-5fe3995fb85964067b149aaaa086b986v2' as that's what Video Download Helper decided to call it... also no luck searching
