I haven't been able to find it, maybe you all can help: A flash-based 2D platformer, where your enemies are robots and right from the start of the game you're given a button to kill yourself.
You wonder why you have this button as you go about killing robots, but as you progress you notice that the robots aren't quite the faceless killing machines that you expect. There's at least one couple, non-hostile, which looks like a mother robot with a child robot.
Eventually, you get to a point where the game spells out that you are the aggressor and you're forced to make a choice: continue on to the end of the game, which is tantalizingly close but very very difficult to reach unless you kill more robots, or... don't. Just stop, and maybe use your suicide button.
I believe that I played this on Newgrounds (not certain) and I think it's 2-3 years old (again, not certain).
Pic completely unrelated, just posting because it'll get more attention
