There she was, the girl I've been watching all night at this stupid fucking party, her name was Shila and she was the only thing keeping me from leaving this poor excuse of a kickback. I've liked this girl since the first day I saw her in math class freshman year. Now here we are almost ready to graduate. Her off to Texas to become a longhorn. And me probably looking at a community college if I'm lucky. Or worse the last words I'll hear myself saying at the end of every day will be. "Come back again" or "Have a nice day"
Fuck that! There she was, her whole future ahead of her, and here I am, probably never going to leave this shot town and will eventually settle for some bitch just because I was to afraid to be single for the rest of my life
But today will be my day. No matter what happens from today on, I will always look back at today with a smile
I'm going to make this night count one way or another

Yea okay I talked a good game but the truth is 2 hours have gone by and all I've done is try and convince myself to go talk to her. The party was coming to a end and some people have already left. It's now or never, I walked over to her
