Here's my method for this shop if you're looking to improve/learn.

It was a basic selection using the Lasso tool from the original picture pasted on the donor.

Then I used the ruler to make sure that the face was in the correct position/tilt.

Made it look nicer by using a layer mask to even everything out and then added a little blur to the original donor picture because it was a little to sharp to match the face.

The last step was playing with the color balance. A good way figure out what slider to move is by looking at the background. Lots of greens, yellows, and reds so that should clue you in to take out some blues.
