Individually, it's not possible to x-ray through:

1. Padded clothing like bras (anything you've seen on the contrary was a fake, not an x-ray).

2. Multiple layers of clothing.

Let alone both at the same time, as is the case with the pic you posted.

And those aren't bumps from a nipple piercing, those are wads of fabric coming loose on the outer shirt. You can see the same thing happening on the other boob-side of the shirt.
