Ok so... I can't remember the name.

It was a 2d animated short video of a man cutting a womens head off, she smiles and laughs out blood as the knife goes through her neck. Then the guy stands over the head on the ground and masturbates onto it and then he stomps on the head and the video cuts out as it explodes. Got some strange electro music playing in the background...

Found it on youtube a long time ago but i cant seem to find it anymore.
