There's a couple of characters that have bloody scenes in the femdom/monstergirl game Violated Hero 3. The first girl is a rose-monster that wraps thorns around the protag's dick while fucking him to death, and a couple of later characters cut him up repeatedly (while fucking him to death).

Most of the scenes are more vanilla though.
