What are the steps you'd follow for this?

its not going to be easy to xray her dress. its a dark colour and if you look at her right breast. there is no shape at all.that shows through

Well i didn't mess with the actual "composition" of the image at all in my examples, and I got some nipple on both sides, so I think it's definitely doable.

I'll keep trying though.
