Requesting the artist that drew this I'm trying to hunt them down for more art of this girl but all my reverse searching is coming up with random tumblrs that happened to post the image at one point, and i dont see a signature anywhere.

Okay well I manged to find the artist on tumblr, but I have no idea how to go about asking for a commission, he says he takes them but I don't know how to get in contact and trying to navigate this site is making me want to die, does anyone know the general practice for getting a commission done and general prices? And any ideas on getting in contact with this artist?
