Ddosing isnt something you can do with a single computer and a program anymore. It takes coordinated attack by at least a whole computer lab, or a server if you have access.

Or if your really a genius you can make a rotating IP script so that you send a 1000 call per sec for a few sec, then get blocked and immediately change your IP (that too tends not to work in developed countries as they wont allow you to switch IP so easily.)
