Pretty good actually
The colors are actually not fitting the lighting and surounding but that actually is just noticable if you actively look at that because they are both so bright white skinned. Edges are pretty well done, the blurring fits the blurring of the original.
In short at first it looks real, to see it's not you have to look a second time and closer. Then if you have shopped before you can see where the element was inserted etc.
