Well, you have a strange case of needing a lot of work.
The second gif is a lot better in quality, have better pacing and more frames on the fucking.
The first one has, well, colour, and the added girl animation.

The best outcome would result from recolouring the second gif, and adding the animation of the girl and the growing penis.

I'ts a lot of time for such a simple gif, really.
