Is there any way to remove the "best guess" when you

Is there any way to remove the "best guess" when you reverse image search? If I delete the text I can't search. Is the "tetas pack" imbedded in the file in some way or does google just randomly guess what it is and won't let me search for just the image?

Change the text to something else more appropriate. "Name" works best for most searches.

Yes that works, but sometimes it's hard to add some neutral text to filter out the thousands of tumblr/imagefap links
