The other day I saw a thread with a Porygon2 getting rubbed by dicks on all sides almost get archived, it was up for at least 4 hours. Meanwhile, as soon as someone mentions a hunger game thread, they come in and delete it. I've seen them come in and delete an HG thread while porn threads were up and then LEAVE the porn. It's insane.

I don't even know where to begin but /vp/ moderation is all but nonexistent. I thought it got bad enough in 2015, but I was wrong.

If the moderation team are going to take applications for new janitors a couple of times a year, why don't they actually give /vp/ another janitor or two? In particular, janitors who know the board's culture and know when to detect obvious trolls, genwars, reposts/spam, and so on.

Why is it that so difficult? All you have to do is train them and then deploy them to their assigned board. People have made lots of /qa/ threads about /vp/'s problems, but nothing ever changes, and it's really hurting he board.

No, not necessarily. If you're referring to that one cropped porn thread that other anon linked to, that one showed semen so it was still NWS. That sounds like a win-win scenario to me. 4chan needs less people on it who post for the sake of getting replies and feeling like they're a part of something they don't really care about. The best way to fix 4chan is to make it more of as hobbyist website, and less a casual-fest like twitter. We should all demand greater respect for the things we like.
