A few weeks back quite a few people were rangebanned from phoneposting. It got lifted, but the block pops back in every now and then and is getting pretty annoying.

All you have to do is permanently remove mobile carriers from the range block list and this stops being an issue

mobile carriers are literally the only thing that should ever be put on the range block list

what you actually want is for range blocks to stop existing
