Has it ever occurred to you that your perception of how rules are supposed to be enforced is faulty? I mean, for starters, the entirety of 4chan is NSFW due to its notoriety, so the term basically means don't post explicit images here and not that browsing the board would be safe in an work environment. Porn game threads as far as I know have always been allowed as long as people didn't post explicit images. They aren't against the rules and your dictionary screencaps won't change a thing.
