Why would they stop updating it, if they still care?
They could just write one update per month, so that people know that it is still used.

If they don't care enough to write one sentence per month, then it is save to assume that they don't care about valid feedback either.

It's the last time someone replied to it on there, but as a mod said on /qa/ they still read it.
