The first adds different background characters and objects, darker shadows, action lines, spatter etc., and it's all under realistic lighting in the context of the pic. But some commenter called it a "shitty futanari edit" and it was deleted under "Poor photoshop" despite the nude futa version staying. Even compared to the female version I dunno how this happens.
