Here is a site that I think should be used to help decide the color scheme.
http://paletton.com/ I think we should use colors that compliment her hair.

I'm not a fan of Sachiko or im@s in general but I suggest putting one of her official art (as she appears in the mobage) as the background. (I hope Sachikofags would come up with a better image.)

Also, 3-4 colors should be fine. (her hair, shirt, skirt, ribbon)

I don't really see the appeal of using pre-existing themes if you're going to customize something. People can choose to use mascots (the Sachiko images) for that stuff if they want, but I like variety and I went five years with the basic Yotsuba colors before doing this stuff.

Do you have artists' permission to modify these pictures?

1 for "cool colors" which I think gives the edge to blue over green.

Click the "Dist 70" part and you can input a new number. Higher than 70 will take the current green-blue color more towards blue, where lower will take it more towards green. This will also affect the third color which is yellowish currently, but will redden as the second color gets more blue.
Please mess around with it and find a "degree" you like and maybe you guys can reach an agreement.

A mascot is a randomly-selected image that appears in the background and by default it's to the bottom right like Remi here.

These colors still need to be changed, but this is the difference between default text and text with text shadow enabled.
