i never sage, because it's against the rules to announce a sage, and i'm not some sort of anti-intellectual faggot who thinks doing something without justifying it is a valid argument. If I can't explain why saging is moral while I'm doing it, I won't do it, but clearly virtually no one else is of this belief.

i sage pretty frequently. don't post that often, maybe about 10 posts a day if i spend 14 hours online, but probably around 20-40% of all posts i make include a sage

You would have to delink bumping from thread pruning. As of now all threads are in a battle with each other to stay alive, so everyone bumps the threads they want to survive and sages the ones they don't.

I think having threads expire after a certain time after they have been bumped the last time would make sense unless it would mean that board had less than 10 pages since we are in a time where pruning threads automatically leaves us with a surplus of threads that could be housed
