I usually eat my ramen with 2 eggs.

Adding eggs makes it an actual meal, wheat noodles + eggs isn't even bad for you, and the sodium/chemicals the packet isn't even that bad if you don't drink the broth.

I actually feel like eating nothing but these with eggs, and fresh fruit and vegetables, with a multi-vitamin, is actually a really healthy diet. Yes I'm the guy who made the thread about ramen last week.

There's barely any nutritional value and the taste is so average with just the ingredients the packs come with. It's a sodium-laced bundle of calories. It will fill you up, but destroy you from the inside. You want that?!
