it's legal for a jury to negate charges against a defendant, but people have been thrown in jail for informing jurors of such, and a juror who mentions it will be removed from the trial. in an unjust system it is your moral obligation to accept jury duty, fake your way through to the end of the proceedings, and then vote to annul and at least hang the jury, regardless of the innocence or guilt of the charged party
