Figure out a way to automatically reset your phone ISP, then use a bot to spam so many shit threads from your mobile ISP that the mods have no choice but to ban it.

If they were serious about it, the only way to handle it would be to treat the entire IP range that a mobile device can post in as a single IP, making every ban a rangeban.

There are many ways. Banning mobile devices is the easiest way. Soon another easy way would be to force IPv6, which would solve more than just phoneposters.
